Welcome to TonyCaruana.Art! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

By visiting, using, registering, or purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that these terms may change at any time, at our sole discretion. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. 

Our services are intended for users aged 16 and older. If you are under the age of 16, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent to use our services.

We provide educational workshops, downloadable materials, sale of products and other related content ("Services"). We reserve the right to withdraw, change, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts if misuse is suspected.

All fees for workshops or other services must be paid in advance. Refunds are issued only if:

• A workshop is canceled by us.
• You cancel your registration with at least 24 hours notice.
• No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or partial attendance.

All product sales (Prints, Bookmarks, and other merchandise) are final. Returns are issued only if there is damage to a product that was overseen before shipment.
 

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and any materials provided during workshops, are the intellectual property of TonyCaruana.Art and Tony Caruana,  unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish materials without written consent.
• Share or transfer your enrollments.
• Use content for commercial purposes without a license.
• Attribution is required for any shared or adapted content if explicitly allowed.
   

You agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
• Post or transmit any hateful, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Harass, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
• Use the site for unauthorized advertising, spamming, or phishing. 

We reserve the right to remove content or disable user accounts that violate these rules, and no refunds will be issued for violations.

By using the site, you consent to our collection and use of personal data exclusively for the purposes of facilitating your enrollments, including email communication, and advertisement campaigns. We will not share your data with any third party, ever.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access and accurate information, but do not guarantee availability or credibility in all circumstances. In good faith, our content intends to be accurate but may include errors or outdated information. Use of the site is at your own risk.

We are not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages from the use of the site or services.
• Loss of data, business, or profits.
   

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
